Together in all happiness

I thought I made you smile
Laughing in all our glory
Making our love stretch out over a mile
Now its just my sad little story

You turned your back on me
Setting my heart on fire
Slowly watching the ashes burn
Just tell me what you see.

What do you see when you look at my face?
My expression of anguish and pain
What do you feel when the tears roll down my cheek?
I want to get away from this place

You made me feel complete and alive
And you go and just rip it out of my soul
I have no reason to smile any longer
I hope you are filled with regret and guilt

Black heart, black soul and blood red eyes
I no longer want to feel you around me
I no longer want you near
Now please, leave and get away
I currently despise you
