She sits in the room with a smile,
But what her family doesn’t know is she crying.
They cannot see for she’s crying on the inside,
She’s crying black tears.
Her mom looks at her little angel,
And smiles but she’ll never know.
Her dad just sees his little girl.
He doesn’t see her tears, her black tears.
Her family just sees a girl, one that’s never sad.
They never hear her screaming her heart out.
So for now all they see is a smile on a happy, kid.
They never see her black tears, or hear her screams for help.
They never see what has happened.
She’s the only one that knows, what’s done.
She’s the only one that knows, she’s crying.
She’ll never been heard or seen.
So for that she has those scars on her arm.
All they see is a perfectly fine little six year old girl.
