And watch as time goes by

And feel as emotions pass through my soul
I stand aside
And think as opinions change
I stand aside
And learn as others destroy the land
I stand aside
And wait for the day to take action
I stand aside
And wish the violence & destruction will end
I stand aside
And hope the day will arrive
I stand aside
And realize it just might be to late
I stand aside
And how the people of the earth could've ever let this happen
I stand aside
And await the day they realize how much damage they've really done
