i hide in the shadow where i think i should be.
no where near you and no where near me.
im hiding from myself yet i'm hiding this fear of getting to close to you.
it seems like when i come out of the shadow i get hurt by the one i love and when i get hurt by you i hurt me.
so yet again i crawl back into the shadow where i think i should be for no one to see what you did to me.

This is a bit awkward. It's kinda childish. Keep working on writing with larger words and with a wider range of poetry language. Keep workin! ^_^
