Nice... I really like the part, "Broken hearts shattered dreams icy tears" I love it! Wonderful description. Try not to have one or two words per line, describe it a bit more.
Maybe you could write a prequel of how he broke your heart? As I always say, "Reality is the best author" stick to what happened and describe how it felt.
