All you do is yell at me
You scream and shout day and night
Hovering around like a little bee
I try to shut it out with all my might
You scream, you curse, you swear
About how life is unfair
You never say it out loud, but in your eyes
All I see are empty lies
Every day I just wish you would die
Fly away to where you can't fly
I know you wouldn't say goodbye
So I'll just go up to my cave and cry
I'm going away
Because I'll never stay
Now you try to keep me back
To keep me at bay
So now you'll try to stay beside
To hold fast to your dying pride
And because you are so blind
You can't see that I'm already dead inside

- Wow, that describes my mom and I perfectly. Only difference is I came back to life. Had to fall head over heels for a buy to do it but I did. Together almost two years now. Keep writing, your simplicity is good but try to jazz it up a little bit later. Nice analogy with the bat-like characteristics.
