• Brothers

    They were born as strangers
    Then brought together as friends
And now they fight as brothers
    As family until the end

    One was born of darkness
    The other raised by light
One was raised knowing to love
    The other taught to fight

Their friendship grew fast and strong
As they laughed and fought as one
Not long did anyone last against them
Together they fought and they won

The Gods themselves grew to fear them
Sending armies to end their life
They sought, in panic, to destroy them
    By poison, arrow and knife

But even the gods could not see
    In them an unbreakable alliance
So one light, one dark, together
    Raised their weapons in defiance

Two brothers against the power of Gods
Weapons drawn with fire in their eyes
A unspoken vow passes between them
    Tonight neither of them dies

    Thus armies of millions charged
Pressed on by the will of their gods
    And the brothers just smiled
They seemed to like their odds

The battle ends with one last scream
And the brothers still stand as one
The Armies lay wasted before them
    The Gods themselves outdone

The Cosmos quivers at the name
The Gods shake at the sight
One light one dark together as one
Both scared and amazed at the brothers might

    They were born as strangers
    Then brought together as friends
Now they stand against the Gods themselves
    As brothers until the end
