• They wanted to fix her.
They Wanted to make her all better.
So, they stabbed her with needles.
    Then chocked her with pills.

They made her sit in a room.
Crying and praying for everything to go away.
She wished and wished, she could be better.
    So people would love her.
    So she could be normal.

One day, the doctors let her go.
Back home to mommy they said, with a smug little grin
    What they didn't know.
    Was mommy was mad.
    Mommy didn't want her home.
    And neither did her dad.

    They yelled and scremed.
    Shouted and pleaded.
Trying to find a reason, to send her back bleeding.

    Go to your room.
    Is all they said.
    She couldn't help but cry.
Why did mommy want her dead?
    She saw an old friend.
    Oh so shiny and sharp.

A friend she missed, for ever so long.
He was a friend, a good friend in deed.
    Unlike mommy and daddy,
    He wouldn't make her bleed.
Only let her do it herself.
    He'd only help a little.
    A little bit in deed.

    He was the friend.
That helped mommy and daddy send her away.
He was rusty now, with lots of stains.
But he still shined in the moonlight.
    Oh how pretty he shined.

    She took her old friend.
And placed him to her wrist.
She didn't have to push hard, she didn't have to twist
Then the blood began to run.
    Run so very smoothly.
She smiled and smiled, cutting ever so sweetly.
She didn't want to make mommy mad.
She didn't want daddy to hit her again.
She knew she needed to go away.
And she knew it wouldn't take much pain.

    She didn't cry.
    Not even a little.
She just sat there, cutting ever so tender.

    Left.
    Right.
    Up.
    Down.

It wasn't long until she fell to the ground.
    Her friend helped her again.
Helped her smile and feel better.
Helped her mommy and daddy knew, they would never miss her.
Helped her see, that she wasn't alone.
It just to a little push, to get to the bone.

    And now she's gone.
    Maybe in heaven.
    maybe in hell.
    But she misses her friend.
She misses him ever so much.
She wishes he could have came with her.
When they threw her in the ground.
Wishes he didn't have to be alone.
Wishes he didn't have to rust.
