People see a pretty face,
with painted nails and fancy lace.
With a gentle touch, a slower pace.
No lies, no sins,
but that's not the case.
I see a sinner, a liar,
someone I'd hate.
Some who I'd wish,
that I'd conrol their fate.
People see innocence,
and with that comes a pacifist.
A beautiful, shy, flower,
with loves on an endless list.
But I see a troubled past that's
not yet heard,
lots of hatred, fights, and lies.
Many fake names and truths,
that must stay behind.
People see a glamour,
something very un-real.
I see what lies within,
the things that cannot heal.
People see a pretty face,
with painted nails and fancy lace.
With a gentle touch,
a slower pace.
No lies, No sins...
But that's not the case.
