In my empty shell,
I hide away again.
Pondering on a lost
forgotten memory.

The tears don't fall,
and I don't flinch a bit.
All the undetermined
unfit thoughts in my head.

I won't smile a twitch,
I won't cry or shed a tear.
I'm not here to make you laugh,
or make all your fears
disappear into thin air.

In a world that lies between,
I am You,
and You are Me.
So for you I show no pain,
I know no fear.

And after all is lost,
after all is gone.
I shall be here still,
in "All That Remains".
