    When the light has turned to night
    There are no more tears for me to cry
    As I lay awake waiting for my sin
    To drag me away into bitter sleep

    Why is it no one understands
    Why is it no one seems to care

    And not cared for those around

    Today is just another day
    Rushes on past, leaving no mark
    People hurry here and there
    Eyes look past the ones in front

    Can’t anyone just pause?

    Why is it no one tries to think
    Why is it no one takes a break
    Has everyone just stopped believing
    And disregard anyone but themselves
    Have we all slipped into unconsciousness
    Can’t we wake up and look to others
    Why don’t we try to understand
    Why isn’t it us?

    Hold strong, never fall down

    Tomorrow is a new start
