• When you see the dancers all dancing,
    You'll hear the singers singing all in key.
    Through drama, the actors are all hazing,
    Playing a show, once assumed amazing.
    Backstage you'll hear them all calling,
    Shouting orders towards every way.
    He's behind the curtains getting ready,
    She's in the crowd, his heartbeat goes unsteady.
    Behind the building dreams become abused,
    high off their a**, they all come on in.
    The drama carries past all of the acting,
    Except this drama doesn't call for laughing.
    He's on the stage acting out his heart,
    She's starting dead at his covered face.
    He may be masked but she's still smiling brightly,
    He notices and stumbles, it happens almost nightly.
    The singers stop and curse and go off key,
    The directors have given up and go their way.
    The poor man almost bursts out into crying,
    But he looks up at the girl and she's still smiling.
    The professionals go to different acts,
    Still living miserably high off their a**.
    But the boy who stumbled lives quite homely,
    With the girl, he shall never be as lonely.
