-
The flames lick at my feet.
Burning them slowly.
I invite them in.
They whisper your word.
Those three hollow words.
That you never meant.
I love you
The fire is at my knees now.
They're singeing my legs.
I crave it.
And I remember mom and dad.
I will miss them.
But they said it too.
I love you
No!
You don't!
You drove me to this!
How can one person,
Destroy my world,
With three little words?!
I love you
The flames kiss my throat.
It's not fast enough.
Outside sirens blare.
I take my last breath.
And duck into the fire.
And my last thought is for you.
I love you
- Title: I Love You
- Artist: pulchrare
- Description: Ummm...... My poems are metaphorical when it comes to names. So this is not some sweet poem about love. It's about suicide. But then, I'm a dark person. Not real, btw.

- *Big grin* why thank you! Most of my poems are sweet with an edge of darkness to them. Lots more for reads!
