Little green puppy, are you lost?
Do you have a home somewhere? Running the streets alone in fear.
Wait, why green puppy are you green?
And why green puppy, so you look at me.
As if hungry, craving my flesh. Why are you limping closer my friend?
Please stay away, you might be diseased.
I see a needle, in your green fur, and you step closer, watching me back away in fear.
Go away, lost green puppy, I don't care anymore.
oops. . .
Too late. . .
A scream from the alley, a few growls in between.
Blood splattering the buildings, my bones shatter and break.
A few more screams, until I am dead.
The dog is gone, as if to vanish. But why Lost Green Puppy, why did you take advantage?
My last breath before my eyes slide shut, the lost green puppy soon to be forgot.

Description:
Well, I have had this floating in my mind for a while now and it was kind of killing me to not write it down. I knew eventually I would forget it and then I would be pissed off at myself for not writing it down.
I got inspired to write this poem because of my avatar (The little zombie doggy) - Date: 01/18/2010
