• I try to understand the meaning of life,
    But I never seem to try hard enough;
    That's why I tend to end with the knife,
    This meaning is just too tough.

    And it doesn't seem to be getting easier,
    Though I wish it was;
    Life seems to be getting uglier,
    And the reason I'm getting, is, "Just because."

    Maybe life should have no meaning,
    Just filled with little hints of miracles;
    Which makes life the beginning,
    Of something so lyrical.

    So maybe life shouldn't be understood,
    Which is just the way it should.
