• One day my wife came and asked me these questions…
Do you remember the day you rode your first bike?
What about the first tooth you lost?
Your first 100% on a test?
How about the time you broke the girls’ heart, when you decided to follow your dreams?
The first time you though you where in “love”
    Your first kiss?
All the challenges you faced through in high school?
Do you remember the feeling you had when you first read your acceptance letter for college?
Do you remember the sleepless night you had just to make your homework in time?
    Our first kiss?
    When you propose to me?
    When we got married?
    Our honey moon?
    Buying our first house?
    Having our first child?
    Do you remember all this
    ?
    Tell me do you…?
I answered my wife with the worst answer I could give her… I told I did not remember anything, it was not the first time she asked me these questions nor it was the first time I saw her face go dull. She had asked all the same questions before… The problem was always my memory… The one I had lost while driving… or so they say… At times I cry and wish to remember, at times I sat and look out the window trying to remember 46 years of your life is hard… trying to make new memories is simple but forgetting the past I shall never do… Inside of me I still hold those memories, although I do not know the answer for my wife’s question I always hold these questions for one day I will look at her and answer… Yes Love I REMEMBER. Till that day comes I will be strong and she will help me along the way for I will be nothing without her… without my Rose.
