Gray snakes reigned
In the stinging air
Musky and muffled
Glares of crimson streaming
From their place of play
Paralyzed
Was Father Time
Lone was the bird
Eyes piercing the scene
With bright eyes
Too knowing of irrevocable fate
The afternoon moon
Lit all with doomed light
Bloodshot rays
Dead world
Unearthly music
Stunned the air
The beast had unlocked
Its celestial song
After eternal slumber
Fallen eclipse
It disintegrated forever more
Into a wrathful and ruthless inferno
Never to rouse again
Apocalyptic creature
Singing its first and last melody
Enough to rewind the church bell
Enough to make the dove fall
We all vanish with outstretched wings
Finally, welcome the unavoidable end
With a fiery love
Soft, everlasting, dark

- Description: Here's the first of the three poems that I've written recently! Well-- actually-- there was more than three but I didn't really like the others...so I just chose the three I liked out of the bunch. :D As a last note, these poems are usually made from what I daydream/think/imagine about. Sometimes I get quite interesting fantasies.
