    As I type to you, knowing that my words hurt you.
    Can't see the pain I hide,
    As I try to be civil.
    All you care about is your own pain,
    Your own hurt.
    You don't care if the one who hurt you is hurting because they hurt you.
    You don't care that the thing that normally protects them from hurt isn't working properly.
    You don't care that you ruined their defences towards pain of losing a loved one.
    Why couldn't you have left those defences in place?
    Why couldn't you have just left well enough alone?
