She hides beneath a mask of deceit
Nobody can know what she won't let show.
She covers the truth
The wall impenetrable, she won't let you in.
The feelings and emotions waiting to spill
Are shoved down farther and farther out of reach.
She is losing her grip on reality
Being sucked into this fabricated life of faked happiness.
She has completely forgotten what it's like
To not put up this facade.
She has fooled you
And in the process, fooled herself.
