Rangiku faces Gin and Aizen now, Gin managing to get out only her name, it seems.
Kanonji attempts to tell her to get out of there, because it's no place for her, but Rangiku shuts him up fast with a few threats, and he grabs Tatsuki and Michiru and heads off, as Tatsuki looks back at Rangiku, who faces Aizen and Gin with a sadness on her face.
Tatsuki thinks to herself that Rangiku is so beautiful--and wonders why Ichigo never told her he had such a pretty friend, but she's got no time to keep thinking like that, and we head back to Rangiku facing off against her dangerous foes.
Aizen tells her that if she thinks she 'made it in time' then she was wrong; but Rangiku won't speak to him. Instead, Gin steps forward.
"Sorry for my old friend butting in like this.
I'll
Take her over there."
Aizen tells him they have ample time and to go ahead, and so Gin takes Rangiku and the two of them face off atop a building nearby. Gin stares her down.
"You're all shaky.
What'd you come here for?"
after a bit of dialogue, Rangiku replies:
"Isn't it obvious?
Because you're here."
She asks him, then.
"Why...
Are you working under Aizen...?
Why...Did you betray Kira, despite him believing in you so much...?!"
Gin is silent for a moment before seeming to shrug it off.
" 'I believed in him, yet he betrayed me.'
Did Izuru
Really say that?"
Suddenly he's directly in front of her, a hand on her collarbone.
"Seriously,
Why are you here?
C'mon,
Rangiku."
But as the page turns, Kamishini's point is under her throat.
"You're in the way."
Don Kanonji is still carrying Tatsuki and Michiru away, but suddenly Tatsuki gets down to walk on her own, and suddenly Keigo appears.
With a zanpakuto.
Tatsuki asks where he got it, and he replies "Mr. Afro is down over there so I borrowed it."
Mr. Afro?
Try and remember. Who is Mr. Afro...?

He tells Tatsuki to run because Aizen's coming this way now, but we flip back to Gin and Rangiku--or, the lack of Gin...because Rangiku is on her back, blood at her neck, where Gin left her.
As the chapter closes, we see Isshin nearing his limits as Ichigo is still out in front of him, blood seeping from his mouth. Isshin seems to be getting desperate, and calls to Ichigo in vain,
"....Still...?!
....Ichigo...!"
