The young man whispers "I love you"
And hands his love a rose bouquet
Beautiful, four red, one blue.
She sniffs and smiles sweetly.
"When the last one dies, I'll stop loving you,"
he says. With a laugh, she kisses him,
"I love you too, even if that's true"
Later, she sets the roses in a vase she found,
Arranging them delicately.
In each blossoming flower, they seem to sound
With sincerity and love.
They are unique, in ways profound,
but before the heart realizes...
The last red petal fell softly to the ground...
The blue one still stands
Because it was fake
His note was in her hand
I'll never stop loving you.
Like the blue rose, my love for you will never die.
It was true.
As the blue rose...still stands...

- Description: One of my better poems written right in my journal...which I named Lemon(the journal, not the poem, obviously XD) It tells the tale of a two unnamed people and their undying love. To be honest, this was actually inspired by a chain letter story.......yeah.... Please critique! This also on dA
