After a week of waiting, we have THE BITE.
My Aizen-fangirl was rejoicing last night, but I'm trying to fight the bias as best I can to bring you this week's summup of the chapter 8D
Yama seems to die, Ichi flies into action, Aizen is merged with the Hogyoku, and is Darth Vader, and there is some serious godmoding going on for the time being >>
So did anyone else expect a 'I AM YOUR REAL FATHER'?

Ichigo and his 'YOURE WOUNDED THATS ENOUGH' mentality are gonna have to knock it up a notch because "NAH MAN I GOT A HIT IN, FITE OVAH" is NOT gonna cut it this time. Aizen is ridiculously prepared--as annoying and stu-ish as that may be--but I'm still INCREDIBLY iffy on the whole 'nyohohoho I HAVE BEEN WATCHING YOU SINCE YOU WERE A TWINKLE IN YOUR DADDY'S EYE >8D ' thing. Aizen, ai-shi-te-ru~, but I'm not big on the Big Brother thing. >>;
I almost wonder if he's just trying to psych them out, but I doubt it. :C
Still, Yama's out, seems, Ichigo's gone hollow and got AT LEAST a hit on Aizen--but what of the other captains? Gin's still in the equation, Hogyoku-mastery or no, and Aizen was still hit. Something tells me that his over-confidence in the regeneration he finds himself with will be his downfall. If Ichigo got a hit in on him, then he can get another. I have a baaaaad feeling about this...
Now, for a fangirl moment: How sexy did Aizen look just after he got hit? I mean really... *//0//*
BUT! Discussion:
- The Hogyoku--will Aizen be too reliant on it? It's serving as his own hollow-regeneration powers, but do you feel like I do and think that this will serve to bring him down ultimately?
- Yamamoto: His sacrifice, as slightly disappointing as it was, was actually kind of awesome >>; Y/n?
- Ichigo's 'No, I got a hit in, game over'--NEEDS TO STOP. >8
- Gin and the other captains?
- The Gang still in Hueco Mundo?
- THE SUBTITLE ON THE TITLE PAGE: "LAST BATTLE OF THE ARRANCAR ARC" OMG--SLIGHTLY EXCITINGGGG~
